Five minutes for attempted world domination
I was sitting up near the Horizons restaurant on Burnaby Mountain hoping to capture a picture of the Northern Lights. That night they were supposed to be their brightest in the quarter. Due to the light pollution from the parking lot and the city, they ended up not being visible from my vantage point. Some reading told me it has to be really dark, and even then it requires some post.
Not all was lost though, I managed to get some pictures of the moon and other night shots. One of those night shots was this one, where I goofed around with the white balance to make the night sky blue. I'll post one of the moon shots later, which turned out better than when I shot the Supermoon.
